Before packing, we will test them one by one, to ensure the defects rate will be less than 0.2%. Q. How to deal with the defects during the guarantee period? A. 1. Small quantity, we will free send you brand new replacements with next orders. 2. Batch defects, we will free replace new ones for you or we can negotiate the solution including recall based on the problems. Q. What is your terms of Payments? A. 1. Alibaba Trade Assurance.
